Jordan left today, up north for the week, so we won't be talking for an entire week! (No signal) I wonder what that's going to be like. Sigh. I remember when I left Japan and Hawaii---I never cried. Joey, one of my Japan friends, said that I would cry. But... I proved him wrong (why? I don't know)---but I didn't cry. No, no, no. I cried the first social day I set foot in this state: the first day of high school... until the beginning of Junior  year. Anyway, my point is that I don't ever know what I have until it's gone---though, that's most of us, right? Anyway.

Save Starbucks -- Drink a frap!

Life, as I know it, is slowly regaining its awesomeness. I don't know if it's the Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino I had a few hours ago or if I'm just high on life, but I'm doing all right--- all things considered.

I went shopping at Target today. It's so hot and humid out today, and I didn't use the AC because I was running low on gas. I bought a new brightly-colored (do I hyphen? with an adverb?) striped towel and newly colored lights for my bathroom. That's my summer project, rather one of my summer projects---to redecorate my bathroom! Jeff is gone for the summer, so he'll get a huge surprise once he sees my girl-inspired bathroom! I'm so excited. I also bought Sierra Mist Free. Yum.

Jordan sent me a download for Jason Mraz's We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things album which I love! He also sent me seven other CD downloads. W00t! I'm really loving this CD though.

I bought Miko a small vanilla shake from Sonic today. She LOVED it! She's having trouble walking with her hind legs (ataxia) which is a side effect that's supposed to go away after a few weeks. But she's acting happier now! She started rubbing her butt on the floor and hopping like a rabbit----like she ALWAYS does when she's super happy and excited! You have NO idea how happy that made me, like, I almost cried with happy tears. You have NO idea how scared I am, but she was so happy for that milkshake. I love her tons.

yes, yes, i have been crafty the last week and made a little basket out of some IKEA paper packing cords i just bought for this purpose already some while ago.

 i am probably buying some more, they where just 1 Euro each. I couldn´t work long on it though, only 6 or 7 rows a day. The material is pretty rough and my fingers were all red and started to hurt pretty soon. lol

It's funny being gone for so long. Been trying to log onto Vox for ages and every time it hasn't been loading properly and I lose interest. What has happened so far? I dunno. I can hardly remember anything - I've written down things that I wanted to post about for a while but now, when Vox finally works I have no idea what to say.

I have had free time. Vigourously looking for a graduate job - landed one and hopefully will sign a contract shortly. It's a standard job that will hopefully take me places, and now that I've sealed that job for next year I am now able to organise a decent trip somewhere. Need money though. Anyone care to donate?

The job is good in the sense that it will give me new challenges. I don't think I can do what I do now forever. Although I love the company I work for now - there's just no place for me to move. It was funny, the new place wanted to call my manager as a reference before they can offer me the job but then my manager has been so busy he never returned any calls. So the place called me and I just spun around and asked my manager then and there to be my reference. That was the weirdest request I made to him ever. So random and on the spot! I dont' think he expected it.

What else? Oh we're moving areas at the office, so I lose my window seat - going to miss that fun...Gee, come to think of it I haven't done much beyond work. Pretty much the day after my exam I've been working and working and working...

Graduation - the day I wear that expensive robe and crap? Well, I've decided to miss it for September and October this year and shift it to Autumn next year. That way I will have the rest of the year "off".

Oh, and I went on a tragic date. How is it that we have so much to joke about daily and yet run out of conversation at a date? I'll leave you all in suspense for the fun of it...
